I have this installed already and it lists users from top to bottom. Is there a setting that needs to be changed to display side to side?

yes there is the list style option at the backend should say Bulleted or Delimeted choose Delimeted
the module isnt that wide so if you want it to increase you should change that in the php file

hey guys
i must warn im still learning this stuff
i have installed mod_whosonline_ext
and set list style to Delimeted
then using link
"Who's Online"
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=usersList
displays the users in vertical sequence still
how would i go about getting everyone horizontal?
