want to change name format in joomla users table

want to change name format in joomla users table was created by TNFL
Hello,
when I add or edit a user, the joomla core user table will be updatet to.
The 'name'-field in '#__users' get automatically the value "[firstname] [lastname]".
But I need this format for that field: "[lastname], [firstname]"
How can I realize that?
Do anyone has an advice for me?

but how can i get the comma(" , ") behind the lastname.
result shall be [lastname], [firstname],

You can't, it's not designed to be stored in such a way. Best approach is to use a Delimiter field created via Field Management and use substitutions to format the name display to your liking. Such as the following substitution.
[code:1]
[lastname], [firstname]
[/code:1]
[code:1]
[lastname], [firstname]
[/code:1]
