[SOLVED] Can't log in on front end : blank page

14 years 3 months ago #120879 by velostory
Hello,

i've got a problem with CBSubs. All was fine with install (i've added ioncube perfectly), i could configure cbsubs, gateway and plans...
But now i can't connect in the front end. I have a blank page, or sometimes an allowed memory size exhausted error.
I have 45M memory on my server.
After searching, i was thinking to increase to 64M but it doesn't seem a good thing for me and me server provider.
So i use my (local) development server with the same configuration. I install CBSubs on it and configure that. And, surprise, everything is good. I have 45M on this server too, and with the debug mode i clearly see that i never go out 30M (and the max is in the administration of CBSubs).
I compare the files on my server and local installation and everything seems to be ok.
So i have copied my local DB tables of CBsubs to the distant DB. Even the blank page.
I check my php version : it was 5.2.5 on my server and 5.2.6 on my localhost. I install 5.2.5 on my localhost and everything go on functioning !!!
I don't have any more idea !
Could someone help me ?

ps : sorry for my english it's not my native

look in your website error log to see what the real problem is.

also set debug mode to on in your joomla backend (might get more hints).

can also check CBSubs history icon area for error messages.

No entry in the error log. If i refresh the blank page (after attempt log in) near 5 times, it produces an allowed memory exhausted error. I've in this case an entry in error log :
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 47185920 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1547823816 bytes) in /home/www/****/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/cbpaidsubscriptions.class.php on line 0

The debug mode doesn't get more infos. There is nothing in this blank page ! And all seems to be correct in other pages...

No error entry in CBSubs history.

I'm very disappointed...

Issue sounds host related; something is mis-configured on your server as the duplicate site works fine on your localhost.

There is nothing different from your local and live sites, correct? They're both EXACTLY the same (extensions, modules, plugins, etc...), correct?
