GroupJive 2.4 datepicker not displayed

I am really sad: with my template (ja_t3_blank)and gj2.4 it's not working, even if I change all options for css and js..
with the official template beez2 it's working fine:

in the official template:
When I open for a new event, and I click to input a date, then opens the datepicker-window
When I edit an event, and I click to change the date, then opens the datepicker-window
and all works fine.

in my template:
When I open for a new event, and I click to input a date, nothing happens!!

When I edit an event, and I click to change the date, then opens the datepickeer-window and all works fine!

I am at the end of my wisdom and I have to choose either gj_events or my template

Is there a possibility to choose between a normal date input (which does not make this actual date) and the datepicker-window? For me, this possibility should be. This too, because the look of this window is not compatible with the look of the rest!

but when I save the first time, then the date changes to the actual date (today). So I allways have to edit the date again.

Perhaps I made here a mistake, because I tried again and it was now not!

It's a jQuery conflict between your template and GJ that I can not solve. CB already runs in a noConflict state and we'll better improve this with CB 2.0, but most templates fail to do a deep no conflict (assigning jQuery to a custom variable) which causes them to always conflict with other jQuery usage. This is especially the case if your template is loading jQuery 1.6 as it's not backwards compatible with jQuery 1.5 (which is what CB 1.x releases use). I recommend contacting your template developer to implement asynchronous loading of jQuery (so it doesn't load if it already exists) or a deep noConflict.
