Got your PM with partial access info (missing URL of site), replied to your PM and will be checking and replying when getting full info (please also include in PM username which had this issue).
Regarding the authorize.net reply, it's normal:
We do not use ARB for the first payment, as you don't have immediate feedback if it succeeded but only next day by email.
We use AIM for first payment, and ARB for next payments, with first period of ARB set as "free trial period".
But I should be able to check that in the history logs of your customer site.
