Hello I have a problem, i bought cbsubs, when i try to install i see an error "ioncube version is not installed or is not the correct version" my hosting support, actualy doesn´t help me. somebody could help me?

Hola tengo un problema, he comprado cbsubs, y al tratar de instalarlo me devuelve un error diciendome que la version de incube que tengo en mi server no es la correcta, y de momento mi empresa de hosting no me da solucion al respecto. Alguien puede ayudarme? Gracias!

This is something your host will need to assist you with as it's based on operating system of your server and how they handle additional PHP.ini files. You can find the ioncube loader
here
